The project includes the Replacement of existing MTHW Boilers with 3 No. dual fuel MTHW Boilers. The contractor will be responsible for the installation of associated boiler plant including pressurisation equipment, Heat exchangers, circulating pumps, valves, pipework and insulation. A free standing flue installed adjacent the Boiler house will be adjusted for the new Boiler plant. The boiler house will be extensively renovated to accommodate the proposed new boiler plant and equipment. Builders works is required including construction and fitting out of the renovated boiler house, roof alterations to accommodate a new roof light and works associated with a Lpg tank compound.
