This agreement aims to enhance system resilience and ensure rapid restoration capabilities in the event of a major outage. It is structured to address the technical requirements and operational needs specific to Black Start scenarios. This agreement is for 3 years from 23 February 2026 - 23 February 2029 with an option to extend for 2 additional years (5 years in total) value is €680K per year - €3,400,000 total over the potential 5 years
