Award of Works Contract and PCSC for the New Library and Parnell Square Cultural Quarter Project – Phase 1, Parnell Square North, Dublin 11. 1. The construction of a new 5-storey building over basement of approximately 6,100m2 (excluding roof plant space) located at the rear of Georgian Houses nos. 23-28. The construction of the library includes connections to the Georgian House no. 26 and to Hugh Lane Gallery. 2. The Georgian Terrace works consists of renovation/essential works of Georgian House nos. 23-28, measuring approximately 700m2.
