Terms of use

You must provide a valid email address, protect your password and use the service lawfully. Automated extraction, disruption, resale of access and fraudulent use are prohibited.

Personal account: one person, up to two active sessions. A third sign-in ends the least recently used session. Do not share your sign-in details.

Team includes five personal accounts in total, including the owner. Each member uses their own sign-in details and has the same two-session limit.

Paid subscriptions are for business use. Pro costs €29 excluding tax per month for one person; Team costs €69 excluding tax per month for up to five people, including the owner. Plan features and limits are shown on the pricing page. Free remains available without payment or a bank card. Displayed prices and allowances apply to new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions keep their price and allowance while their plan remains unchanged. The amount and limits for any change are shown before confirmation. Annual option: Pro 319 €/year and Team 759 €/year, excluding tax: 11 monthly payments for 12 months of access.

For eligible accounts, the subscription starts with a 3-day trial requiring a payment method. At the end, the price of the selected plan and billing period is charged automatically, and the subscription then renews at each billing date. Cancel from your account before the trial ends to avoid the first payment. Applicable taxes and the total are shown before payment. Link, through Stripe Managed Payments, is the merchant of record for eligible payments and handles indirect taxes in the supported billing countries. Your billing details must be accurate.

You can cancel renewal from My account through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Failed or unpaid renewals can interrupt paid features. Pro ↔ Team: an active, paid-up subscription changes immediately after you confirm the amount, taxes and proration in Stripe. Any credit applies to future invoices and is not automatically refunded. The new plan’s limits apply; switching to Pro makes the Team workspace inaccessible. Settle any pending or unpaid payment, or reverse the scheduled cancellation in Stripe, before changing plans. Each Team member uses a separate verified account and their own password; only the owner manages membership and billing.

Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund the current period. For payment questions or refund requests, use Link support or contact Tenderiva using the Contact link. Requests are assessed under the applicable terms and mandatory legal rights. Tenderiva provides the product support; no contract award or exhaustive coverage of all public procurement is guaranteed.

One payment for 12 months. Automatic annual renewal, cancellable from your account; access continues until the paid period ends. Taxes and total shown before payment.

Even with annual billing, AI allowances remain 40 Pro or 150 Team analyses per UTC calendar month, without rollover or borrowing from future months.

During the 3 days: 2 AI analyses and 60 Mistral OCR pages in total. Team members share these limits.

Paid plan allowances start after the first payment is confirmed.
