The rules for using a Tenderiva account and its monitoring tools.
Service provided
Tenderiva makes public procurement notices easier to search and lets registered users save searches and opportunities. It is an independent service: the official TED notice and procurement documents always prevail.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address, protect your password and use the service lawfully. Automated extraction, disruption, resale of access and fraudulent use are prohibited.
Radars and availability
Radars are a monitoring aid, not a guarantee that every opportunity or deadline will be detected. You remain responsible for checking the official documents. Maintenance or a source outage can temporarily delay an alert.
Pro plan — coming soon
Tenderiva Pro is coming soon and is not currently available for purchase. No Pro subscription is sold or activated at this time. Full pricing and contractual terms will be published before any future launch.
Responsibility and contact
Tenderiva takes reasonable care with data processing but cannot replace legal, commercial or procurement advice. Contact us promptly about an error or misuse.
Review publication rules
Your review must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain personal or confidential data, unlawful content or anything that infringes another person’s rights. Tenderiva may approve, hide or reject it under these rules without rewriting it. You may withdraw publication consent at any time.
