Lot 1 - Supply, Implementation, Licensing, Support and Maintenance of an Employee Engagement and Employee Listening Platform. ESB requires a cloud-based, digital survey AI-powered tool that provides granular, real-time insights into employee engagement, sentiment, and inclusion, as well as monitoring and measuring our culture, supporting the full employee lifecycle. Lot 2 – Supply, Implementation, Licensing, Support and Maintenance of an Employee Communications and Engagement Platform. ESB requires an IT system to replace or significantly transform the existing employee communications platform and provide a single employee experience platform that combines communications, engagement, collaboration and employee resources.
