Lot 2 – Supply, Implementation, Licensing, Support and Maintenance of an Employee Communications and Engagement Platform. ESB requires an IT system to replace or significantly transform the existing employee communications platform and provide a single employee experience platform that combines communications, engagement, collaboration and employee resources.
