What is being procured?
In order to attract top talent for leadership and professional roles, which is diverse in particular with regard to genders and European Union nationalities, the ECB wished to enter into Contracts with search companies which have an extensive expertise in international search for leadership and professional roles. The European Central Bank (ECB) was seeking through this open procedure suppliers for the provision of international executive search services for leadership roles (lot 1) and for professional roles (lot 2). The ECB awards a framework agreement (the ‘Framework agreement’) to the three suppliers offering the best value for money for the duration of four years in each lot.
