The European Central Bank (ECB) was seeking through this open procedure suppliers for the provision of international executive search services for leadership roles (lot 1) and for professional roles (lot 2). The ECB awards a framework agreement (the ‘Framework agreement’) to the three suppliers offering the best value for money for the duration of four years in each lot.
