What is being procured?

Multi-Party Framework Agreement for provision of Engineering Consultancy and PSDP Services for Building Service Projects associated with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Design Disciplines (2026-2030). To assist in achieving the obligations and targets as indicated above, the Council is now seeking to establish a Framework of suitably competent Engineering Consultants to deliver Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical (CSA and M+E) technical consultancy services. These services will be related, but not limited to, building decarbonisation, energy efficiency upgrades, heat pump integration, building services optimisation, PV feasibility, electrical upgrades, BMS strategy, and related technical advisory across the Local Authority’s building stoc
