Multi-Party Framework Agreement for provision of Engineering Consultancy and PSDP Services for Building Service Projects associated with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Design Disciplines (2026-2030). To assist in achieving the obligations and targets as indicated above, the Council is now seeking to establish a Framework of suitably competent Engineering Consultants to deliver Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical (CSA and M+E) technical consultancy services.
