What is being procured?

Le marché est un accord-cadre passé selon l’article L2125-1 1° du Code de la Commande Publique conclu à compter de sa date de notification jusqu’au 31 décembre 2026 puis renouvelable expressément d’année en année et ceci jusqu’au 31 décembre 2029 pour un montant maximum annuel de 150 000 euros HT. Il n’y a pas de montant minimum annuel. Les modalités de reconduction sont définies dans le CCAP.
