What is being procured?

Sunnhordland Innkjøpsforum, on behalf of Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar, Kvinnherad and Tysnes municipalities, invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for consulting engineering services. The agreement shall ensure flexible and predictable access to the necessary competence for planning, engineering design services and follow-up of building and construction projects. The framework agreement includes the entire project course - from early needs clarification and concept phase, via the preliminary project and detailed project, to the construction phase, commissioning, taking over and claims follow-up. The assignments will vary in nature, length and complexity, from smaller individual assignments to large projects and can be carried out parallel to several locations. The contract s
