The agreement shall ensure flexible and predictable access to the necessary competence for planning, engineering design services and follow-up of building and construction projects. The framework agreement includes the entire project course - from early needs clarification and concept phase, via the preliminary project and detailed project, to the construction phase, commissioning, taking over and claims follow-up.
