What is being procured?

The aim of the assignment is to gain more knowledge and insight into what drives the construction cost development in the housing sector over time. Existing sources provide some knowledge, but provide limited insight into cause or drivers. There is a particular need to map how much of the increase in construction costs can be attributed to public requirements and how much is attributable to other market conditions. There is also a need for knowledge on which requirements are of great importance for the construction costs and which are of less importance.
