The contracting authority intends to award a design-build (turnkey) contract for the establishment of the Øygarden substasjon. The project includes both design and construction of a complete class 3 substation, including buildings, technical installations, and associated infrastructure. The contract also covers the installation of cable systems and routing, including a new line connection between Blomøy and the new substasjon, as well as demolition of selected parts of the existing grid. The design-build contractor will be responsible for the entire delivery, from detailed design and procurement to execution and completion, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
