Address health inequalities exacerbated by living in cold damp homes and help tackle excess winter deaths. Reduce energy bills and maximise household income Engage with Private Rented Sector Landlords to improve the energy efficiency of homes for tenants. Reduce carbon emissions from the domestic sector. To support the take up of low carbon and renewable energy technologies in the domestic sector. To attract as much funding as possible to Lancashire. Build a network of trusted local installers, suppliers and manufacturers. Provide a fully comprehensive energy efficiency advice service to Lancashire residents and sign-post to external age
