What is being procured?
The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") is seeking a Strategic Delivery Partner to work with the Council's services to Working Age Adults (including services to those residents in transition from Children and Education services to Adult Social Care Services) to transform these services through a programme of transformational change. The requirement for the commission is to give the Council an independent view of what is possible in terms of transformational savings in Working Age Adult (WAA) Services and to use this to enable informed decisions about the services and budget and, ultimately, to improve outcomes for Working Age Adults and their carers.…
