Bromford Flagship LiveWest intends to refurbish and remodel both Towlers Court and Wayland Court internally to provide improved and modernised communal facilities for the existing retirement housing complexes. 3.2The Works for both properties includes the refurbishment of internal areas, including associated alterations, renewal and upgrading of finishes, fixtures, fittings and building services, together with any necessary making good and associated works.
