This contract will commission an intervention and prevention Young Carers Service for Swansea, ensuring young carers and their families receive timely and appropriate support. The commissioned provider will deliver a coordinated support offer for young carers, including assessment, safeguarding oversight, emotional and practical support, respite opportunities, youth club and group sessions, one-to-one support, school engagement, awareness raising, and links to wider partnership support.
