The Lot structure is as follows: Lot 1: Plastic Clinical & Sharps Containers Lot 2: Non Plastic Clinical & Sharps Containers Lot 3: Lead Liners Lot 4: Sharps Pads & Associated Products Lot 5: Services (Reusable Clinical & Sharps end to end, Waste collection & Waste Collection & recovery) For this tender, the following requirements will apply: • ISO Certification: Tenderers must have ISO 9001: 2015 or ISO 13485:2016 or Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) certification accredit
