What is being procured?
The Government’s 2025 Financial Inclusion Strategy explicitly commits Fair4All Finance to testing innovative approaches to support financial inclusion in the UK. Aligned to these commitments, Fair4All Finance is developing a new, multi-year c£5 million Technology Fund (“the Fund”), expected to launch in early 2027. The Fund is designed to accelerate the development and adoption of innovative technology enabled solutions that have the potential to transform outcomes for financially underserved and excluded consumers. Fair4All Finance is seeking external support to help inform the design and prioritisation of the Technology Fund launching in 2027. We are looking for evidence-based analysis of relevant technology trends, market gaps, and priority themes.
