What is being procured?
Trowbridge Town Council ("the Council") invites tenders from competent and qualified contractors for the provision of testing, inspection, planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and monitoring of the following systems: Fire alarm systems Intruder alarm systems Monitoring of fire and intruder alarms Controlled access (fob/code entry) systems Emergency lighting systems Portable fire extinguishers Annual fire risk assessments This service is required across seven Council sites ("the Sites") for an initial period of 3 years, with the option for the Council to extend for a further period of up to 2 years. The Council is committed to safeguarding the health, safety and welfare of residents, staff and visitors, and to maintaining full compliance with: BS 9999 - Fire safet
