Procurement of a Principal Contractor for the Construction of Thameside Academy Alternative Provision Base. The works comprise two elements: the construction of a new single-storey extension of approximately 33m² to provide a secure entrance foyer, office, accessible WC, meeting room and circulation space; and the internal remodelling of approximately 140m² of existing accommodation to create secure and resilient specialist teaching, break-out and dining spaces.
