Przedmiotem zamówienia jest remont 75 szt. studni i 7 szt. komór na terenie Miasta Tychy o znacznym stopniu korozji siarczanowej, polegających na odbudowie i uzupełnieniu ścian, stropu i dna komór. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej OPZ) oraz sposób jego wykonania określony jest w Dokumentacji Technicznej opracowanej dla potrzeb niniejszego zamówienia w załączniku nr 6 do SWZ oraz Istotnych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej IPU) - załączniku nr 5 do SWZ.
