1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów stomatologicznych do wypełnień, Część nr 1 – Wypełnienia I2. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych (na poszczególne części zamówienia). Każdy Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną Część lub więcej Części. Jeden Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wszystkie Części zamówienia określone w Załączniku nr 2 – w Formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym.
