1) Przedmiot zamówienia jest remont pomieszczeń od nr 17 do nr 22A w budynku nr 10 na terenie siedziby KWP w Krakowie przy ulicy Mogilskiej 109. Budynek nr 10 jest obiektem jednokondygnacyjnym, niepodpiwniczonym, zbudowanym na rzucie litery E, wybudowanym w 1905 r. Budynek jest obiektem murowanym z cegły pełnej na zaprawie cementowo-wapiennej, obustronnie tynkowany tynkiem cementowo-wapiennym grubości ok. 1 cm. Budynek jest po termomodernizacji, która zakończyła się w 2019 r. Wykonano nowe pokrycie dachu, wymieniono stolarkę zewnętrzną drzwi i okien, wykonano izolację pionową ścian fundamentowych i termoizolację ścian budynku, budynek otynkowano i pomalowano.
