What is being procured?

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są: Sukcesywne dostawy oleju napędowego, zgodnie z projektem umowy (załącznik nr 3 do SWZ).2. Olej napędowy oferowany Zamawiającemu musi spełniać normy i wymagania jakościowe dla paliw ciekłych zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 25 sierpnia 2006 r. o systemie monitorowania i kontrolowania jakości paliw (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 1529) oraz Rozporządzeniem Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26 czerwca 2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (Dz. U. poz. 1018).
