1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie posiadanych przez Zamawiającego subskrypcji na okres 12 miesięcy: 1) Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 Unified Per User - 120 subskrypcji użytkownika, 2) Microsoft Entra ID Premium P2 Per User - 120 subskrypcji użytkownika, dla istniejącego Konta Zakupowego w ramach programu Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) lub dostawa na okres 12 miesięcy subskrypcji oprogramowania równoważnego, spełniającego wszystkie wymagania jakościowe i funkcjonalne wskazane w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ oraz warunki dopuszczalności określone w sekcji IV OPZ. 2. Zamówienie należy wykonać zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz Projektem umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
