What is being procured?

De gemeente Edam-Volendam kiest ervoor om het inkopen van de Wmo-voorzieningen via een Open House procedure in de markt te zetten. Deze manier van werken past bij de complexiteit en onzekerheid in het Sociaal Domein en sluit aan bij het gemeentelijke beleid. Het biedt ruimte om tijdens de looptijd van de raamovereenkomsten mee te gaan met de ontwikkelingen in de markt en nieuwe initiatieven te honoreren. De procedure houdt rekening met de wederzijdse afhankelijkheid tussen opdracht gevende overheid en (zorg-)aanbieders.
