Laituri- ja veneluiskan betonimassana käytetään infrabetonia C35/45-3 P30 -> C35/45 P50 Urakkaan sisältyy nykyisten rantalaitureiden purut ja ponttonilaiturien siirrot, ranta-alueen ruoppaukset ja massanvaihdot sekä uuden rantalaiturin rakentaminen Sopimusluonnoksen kohdassa 3.4 edellytetyssä laajuudessa kaikkien urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti siten, että työn lopputulos, rakenteet ja tekniset järjestelmät, niiden osat ja käytetyt rakennusaineet täyttävät niille asetetut vaatimukset. Urakkaan sisältyy optiokohteena rantalaiturin jakson M (Makasiinit) osuuden rakentaminen kaikkine siihen liittyvine tukiseinineen, perustuksineen ja rakenteineen.
