What is being procured?

Das BMDS ist verpflichtet eine interne Meldestelle gemäß § 12 HinSchG zur Annahme und Bearbeitung von Hinweisen auf potenzielle Verstöße einzurichten und zu betreiben. Mithilfe dieses Vergabeverfahrens soll daher zeitnah ein Vertrag geschlossen werden, mit dem ein Dritter gemäß § 14 Abs. 1 S. 1 3. Fall HinSchG mit der Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben der internen Meldestelle für das BMDS als Beschäftigungsgeber nach dem HinSchG beauftragt wird.
