What is being procured?
Gesamtprojekt: Mit dem Projekt Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies entsteht am südlichsten Teil des bestehenden Bayer Campus ( Sellerstraße) ein moderner Neubau mit Labor- und Büroflächen sowie GMP-Flächen für insgesamt ca. 720 Mitarbeiter. Das Gesamtgebäude besteht aus vier Nutzungsbereichen: IQ Spaces Expansion, Co-Lab, Inkubator und GMP Anlage. Dabei bilden der Inkubatorbereich und die GMP-Produktionsanlage das Translationszentrum. Die im Inkubator Bereich flexibel nutzbaren Labor- und Büroflächen werden vorwiegend von Unternehmensgründern (Start-Ups) genutzt werden, die insbesondere im Feld der Forschung und Entwicklung von Zell- und Gentherapien angesiedelt sind.
