Max-Planck-Institut für Geoanthropologie, Nachnutzung ehemalige Kliniken für HNO und Urologie: Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten Los 1: Abbruch und Rückbau HNO Zur Vorbereitung der Bestandsaufnahme und Fortplanung soll das Gebäude weitestgehend entkernt werden. Unter Beachtung der denkmalschutzrechtlichen Anordnungen sollen Bodenbeläge, teilweise Estriche, Trockenbau und TGA entfernt werden. Schadstoffbelastete Materialien müssen entsprechend arbeitsschutzrechtlicher Vorgaben getrennt und entsorgt werden. Die Leistungen umfassen das Demontieren/Abbrechen, Vertragen und Entsorgen der Materialien.
