What is being procured?

Zeitlich befristete Überlassung von ReadyAPI Test Lizenzen inkl. Pflege und Support Im Rahmen der IT-Strategie werden kontinuierlich wiederverwendbare Representational State Transfer-Services (REST-Services) weiter-/entwickelt. Bevor diese in der Produktion zum Einsatz kommen, müssen sie vorher stets qualitätsgesichert werden. Als Standardwerkzeug für diesen Prozess wird derzeit die Software "ReadyAPI Test" im BA-IT-Systemhaus eingesetzt. Aktuell stehen über einen Rahmenvertrag Lizenzen für das Werkzeug "ReadyAPI Test" zur Verfügung. Dieser Rahmenvertrag läuft jedoch mit dem 10.12.2026 aus. Für eine nahtlose Verfügbarkeit der Software "ReadyAPI Test" ist daher ein neuer Rahmenvertrag "ReadyAPI_Test_2026" notwendig. Im Einsatz sind aktuell 15 Floating-Lizenzen "ReadyAPI Test".…
