Energie Wasser Bern (ewb) benötigt für die Bearbeitung von Netzinfrastrukturprojekten aller Medien qualifizierte Unterstützung für die Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben als Bauherrin. Energie Wasser Bern benötigt bei anspruchsvollen Infrastrukturprojekten regelmässig Unterstützung bei der Wahrnehmung ihrer Aufgaben als Bauherrin. Die Bauherrenunterstützung umfasst fachliche, organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben und kann bis zur Vertretung der Bauherrschaft in projektbezogenen Gremien reichen. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen betreffen insbesondere Infrastrukturprojekte mit erhöhtem Koordinations- und Steuerungsbedarf und umfassen Leistungen der Bauherrenunterstützung in den SIA-Phasen 2–5 gemäss Modellbauplanung SIA 112.
