What is being procured?

Die Gebäudeversicherung Bern (GVB) und das Amt für Grundstücke und Gebäude (AGG) führen das Projekt Sirius3 gemeinsam durch und beschaffen hierfür ein Generalplanerteam.Nach der abgeschlossenen Machbarkeitsstudie und der Standortevaluation wird für die Projektierung und Realisierung des Projekts Sirius3 mit vorliegender Ausschreibung ein Planerteam unter der Federführung eines Generalplaners beschafft. Das Planerteam hat gemäss den SIA-Leistungsphasen sämtliche notwendigen Leistungen nach SIA von der Projektierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme des Gesamtprojekts Sirius3 zu erbringen, wobei aufgrund der politischen Beschlüsse und Finanzbeschlüsse jeweils eine Phase nach der anderen ausgelöst und beauftragt werden kann.Die Aufgabenstellung ist anspruchsvoll und von hoher Komplexität.…
