Das Projekt schliesst eine rund 3,9 km lange Lücke im Strassennetz zwischen Dritte Altmatt Nord und Biberbrugg. Die Strecke verläuft grösstenteils durch ein ökologisch sensibles Moorgebiet von nationaler Bedeutung, weshalb der Schutz der bestehenden Boden- und Wasserverhältnisse eine zentrale Rolle spielt. Die Strecke wurde in drei Baulosen aufgeteilt. Diese Ausschreibung betrifft das Los Nord, welches sich auf einer Länge von 2.4 km vom Bauwerk Höli bis Biberbrugg erstreckt, siehe Situation.Der Baugrund ist oft wenig tragfähig und setzungsempfindlich. Wo möglich, werden die obersten Bodenschichten ersetzt oder verstärkt. Die Strasse wird dort aufgeständert, beispielsweise durch Pfahlgründungen mit Pfählen, die die Lasten in tiefere, stabile Moränenschichten ableiten.…
