In Uetikon am See wird das Areal der ehemaligen Chemischen Fabrik Uetikon "CU-Areal" umge-nutzt. Das Projektgebiet für die Erschliessung befindet sich nördlich direkt angrenzend an die SBB-Bahnlinie. Die Alte Landstrasse weist ein leichtes Gefälle auf, während das Gelände sich an ausge-prägter Hanglage befindet und daher stellenweise stark terrassiert ist. Im CU-Areal sollen Wohnungen für bis zu 800 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner (Quartier am See), eine neue Kantonsschule für ca. 1'500 Schülerinnen und Schüler und diverse Gewerbe- und Gast-ronomieflächen entstehen. Aufgrund der hohen Personenfrequenz ist die zukünftige Erschliessung von zentraler Bedeutung und soll vom Bahnhof her über die Alte Landstrasse via Passerelle zur Kantonsschule erfolgen.…
