Die Werkhöfe Göschenen und Airolo dienen der Gebietseinheit GE XI (AfBN) für den betrieblichen Unterhalt im Bereich des Gotthardstrassentunnels. Ebenfalls nutzen weitere Organisationseinheiten die Werkhöfe, unter anderem Schadenwehr Gotthard (SWG), Kantonspolizei Uri, Polizia Ticino und Tre Valli Soccarso für ihre Leistungserbringung. Die bestehende Betriebsinfrastruktur (Fahrzeughallen, Werkstätten und Betriebsgebäude) wurde zwischen 1978 und 1982 erstellt und ist bei der Inbetriebnahme der zweiten Gotthardröhre über 50 Jahre alt.Im Zusammenhang mit dem Bau der zweiten Gotthardröhre 2TG gibt es weitere Bedürfnisse der Nutzer und der Platzbedarf muss auf die neue Situation angepasst werden.…
