Ausserdem werden im Zuge dieser Arbeiten auch der Strassenoberbau und Schachtarbeiten für die Swisscom durchgeführt.Teilbereiche des Baustellenperimeters entlang der Mittelgäustrasse und der Bornstrasse befinden sich innerhalb der Schutzzonen S3.
