DFD would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who has expertise in project management of major construction projects in order to assist in project owner management. for a new government quarter. The assistance shall contribute to the ministry exercising its role in the best possible way in the period from 2027 to 2032, with an option for one year. Assistance will be connected to all the phases of the remaining parts of the government quarter project: preliminary project phase, construction phase, final phase with transfer to operation and moving in. The Ministry would like to join up with two consultants who can follow the project and assist the Ministry in following-up and managing the different parts of the project.…
