Αντικείμενο της Συμφωνίας-Πλαίσιο είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών παρασκευής, μεταφοράς και διανομής γευμάτων σε δομές και χώρους φιλοξενίας πολιτών τρίτων χωρών ή ανιθαγενών που έχουν αιτηθεί διεθνή προστασία, του Παραρτήματος XIV, Προσαρτήματος Α΄ του ν. 4412/2016, που θα διεξαχθεί σύμφωνα: (α) με τις διατάξεις του Τμήματος IV «Ειδικά Καθεστώτα Συμβάσεων», Ενότητα 1, «Κοινωνικές και άλλες υπηρεσίες», άρθρων 107 έως 109Α του ν. 4412/2016 (ΦΕΚ Α΄147) και (β) τις ειδικότερες διατάξεις που καθορίζουν τους εφαρμοστέους κανόνες που προβλέπονται στην παρούσα και στα έγγραφα της σύμβασης, κατ’ ανάλογη εφαρμογή των άρθρων 27 και 39 του ίδιου νόμου, όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει.…
