What is being procured?
Stage 1 - PrequalificationThis competition begins with a qualification phase (stage 1). Only tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements and who have been invited will be able to submit a tender (stage 2). Up to five (5) tenderers will be invited to submit a tender. The municipality will have a selection among the tenderers on the basis of the selection criteria in point 7. The aim of this procurement is to ensure uniform and cost efficient management of Drammen municipality ́s IT environment so that this supports the municipality ́s service production in a secure, stable and future orientated manner.
