Gasgrid Finland Oy (hereinafter “Contracting Authority”) is a state-owned gas transmission system operator (TSO) that started operating in early 2020. The company mission is to ensure cost-effective, safe and undisturbed gas transmission and to actively develop the gas market and the Finnish energy system. The company has the overall system responsibility for the entire methane gas transmission network in Finland. The Contracting Authority is planning to construct a natural gas compression station to Lempäälä, Finland. Construction work is scheduled to be started approx. Q2/2027.
