Tehnička specifikacija pojedinih artikala je detaljno definirana u troškovniku. Količine artikala koje se pakiraju u pojedini paket su također definirane u troškovniku. Ponuditelji su obvezni hranu (artikli koji su stavke troškovnika), zapakirati u kartonske kutije (minimalno 5-ero slojne), zatvoriti, dostaviti na lokacije isporuke definirane u ovoj dokumentacije o nabavi te istovariti iste na mikrolokaciji prema uputama Naručitelja.
