What is being procured?
SPK needs assistance in manual case handling that cannot be covered with its own manpower. The demand for mortgage loans varies over time based on parameters such as interest rate level, change of loan limit, etc. In order to better manage variation in our workload, we need to establish cooperation with an external service provider for assistance with processing loan applications that cannot be covered by their own staffing. The tenderer shall assist SPK with processing loan applications in connection with changes in volume in order to ensure sufficient capacity, so that applications are processed within our target requirements.
