What is being procured?
Background Troms county is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of buildings that include, among other things, sixth form colleges, dental clinics and service residences throughout Troms. There is a need for predictable access to painting and covering services in order to take care of ongoing maintenance needs and minor renovation and reconstruction assignments. The contracting authority does not currently have a contract for this area. The procurement shall therefore be implemented in order to establish a framework agreement and ensure cost efficient and rational procurements in accordance with the current rules.…
