What is being procured?
Dublin City Council are seeking tenders from competent firms for the Provision of Supply, Installation and Provision of Telecare Equipment and Alarm Monitoring Services. This would involve taking over the monitoring of equipment supplied under other agreements as well as monitoring of all newly installed equipment and existing pull cord monitoring. The supply and installation of any new equipment during the term of the agreement would also be within scope. The winning tender must provide all of the above services.
