Teenuse kavandatud osutamise periood on 72 kuud, välja arvatud objektil Tallinna mnt 85, Haapsalu, kus teenuse osutamise periood on 69 kuud ja Rohuküla sadam, kus teenuse osutamise periood on 70 kuud .
