Actualmente FGV no dispone de ninguna herramienta de gestión digital que permita crear contenidos de cursos, gestionarlos e impartirlos a sus empleados en plataforma eLearning con el objetivo de consolidar y difundir el conocimiento interno de la organización. Adicionalmente esta herramienta permitirá acceder a una oferta formativa de cursos externos en diversas materias. Atendiendo a la evolución de las nuevas tecnologías, así como a su amplia difusión, la formación online se constituye como una metodología muy efectiva para facilitar la formación de los/as trabajadores/as. Esta metodología permite que los/as alumnos/as se formen desde cualquier lugar, a cualquier hora y a su propio ritmo, facilitando en gran medida la conciliación laboral y familiar.
